There is a message at loading avatars and pictures at users with cyrillic names (Russian language). Thus the user folder in a directory http: // www.site.com/forum/upload/images/

Server.MapPath() error 'ASP 0174 : 80004005'
Invalid Path Character(s)
/forum/functions/functions_upload.asp, line 146
An invalid '/' or '\' was found in the Path parameter for the MapPath method.

Users having latin names (English language) is not created can load the image without problems. In what there can be a reason?

I tried to change a paths - with "\" too does not work, there is precisely same mistake with Russian cyrillic names. The coding of page is established correctly - on each page there are tags <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1251">  and ASP code <% Response.Charset="windows-1251" %> .  Does not work  Cry..... What it is possible to make still?
