I'm getting lot of complaints from members who say they are getting this error message when they try to post a message:

This form has not been submitted because there are problem(s) with the form. Please correct the problem(s) and re-submit the form. " The following field(s) need to be corrected.     Message Box-----------Enter message to submit.  (You may need to disable script blocking software on your PC)  "

I've also had the above error a couple times, but its been intermittent.

At attempt to answer the message in a forum there is a message all cannot be sent " Not fields are filled ". Notwithstanding what all fields are filled. Precisely same message can appear at the answer in your forum. Especially often it happens on dialup connections. There is a basis to believe, that the mistake  arises in a method

initialiseWebWizRTE()

if (typeof textArea.form.onsubmit == 'function'){
  textArea.form.originalOnSubmit = [];
  textArea.form.originalOnSubmit.push(textArea.form.onsubmit);
 }

The script does not find textArea.form.onsubmit because it{he} was not loaded yet...

Pressing of key F5 helps with a browser only. Who has such problem?
