Looking for a editor I found this one: HTML-Kit 
and it is free :-)

Update:

This program is pretty damn cool, man! With all the plugins you can get for it, it helps with ASP, JavaScript, CSS and everyting.  This just might replace Dreamweaver!

Really not too bad. And i always find it amazing how lighweight those apps can be comparer to the big commercial ones. Thanks for the tip.
