The MDAC Drivers are installed as part of the OS for XP x64.
However, you do know that XP is not a server, so IIS is limited to only 10 concurrent connections, which means that it will only support at most 2 simultaneous users.
If you want to run a web server and have users connect to your web site you need to look at using a server OS like Windows 2003 server.

£3.99 is around $7 USD, but we will also be rolling out SQL server to the starter hosting packages within the next few days.
The error that you get looks like the MDAC drivers are not installed correctly on your PC, you should try reinstalling them.
There are allot of issues with IIS x64 so you would be better off running it in 32bit compatibility mode.
At the present time there isn't any real advantage of using x64 bit OS's, unless it's for a database server, or some other critical need. There are however lots of disadvantages to running a x64 OS, mainly to do with compatibly and drivers.

If you are trying to get the Access forum version to run on on 64-bit xp, you will really strugle because as far as i know, Jet is not supported on xp 64....
