1and1 Image Uploading

Hi there

Just wondering if any body can help me, I have searched this site and forum but have not been able to find an answer so aplogises if I missed it!

I am using the 1&1 MS hosting business package that supports ASP however I cannnot get any of the image upload components to work in the admin screen of version 7.9... I keep getting the following message;

 Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

/asp/mbtest/functions/functions_upload.asp, line 288

800401f3

Does anybody have any ideas? Would really appreciate it, as I say I have tried all the upload objects currently installed in the forum and 1&1 did tell me this is possible, however today is a sunday so I cannot get hold of them!

I have the very same package that you do, I found that 1and1 has SoftArtisans.FileUp  installed on their servers, that might help you out!! and btw, they do offer 24/7 Tech Support for the MS Home Package and above!!! the phone # is in your Control Panel under "Help" also make sure the path to your "uploads" folder is correct.  You can check for installed components by downloading this and putting it on your web server then just point your browser to it!!!
