I know the Web Wiz forum software currently has its own chat application from the looks of the demo, however is it possible to integrate the forum software with 3rd party chat software?

We use a java based chat room on our website, which is a premium hosted chat application supplied by AddonChat from:  http://www.addonchat.co.uk/ - http://www.addonchat.co.uk and we are looking for a forum solution that integrates well with it. Its important when users are logged into my forum they can click a 'chat' link to access the chat room and automatically login using the forum login info.

Would be great if the software could easily be integrated with WebWiz, especially version 10 once it comes out of Beta :)

As Web Wiz Forums version 10 will include it's own Chat Room as part of the forum software there are no plans to support 3rd party Chat Rooms.
