I had a look at your forum and it says you are running 9.07 on all pages.
Looking through your forum it appears that you have not updated all the changed files from 9.50. It looks like you have not updated file like defualt.asp, includes/version_inc.asp, and I don't know how many others.
Have a look in the Version History file for the changed files and update all those files to get your forum running as 9.50. Missing out any of the changed files may mean that security issues are not patched, new features are missing, and your forum may not be stable.

Actually I have uploaded all the new files as I downloaded the new version included the version_inc.asp file.
The only file I didn't touch was the default.asp file

If you update from 9.08, you dont need to update the database right?
Also for user to email, you have to delete all private email and bring it down to less than 5 right?

To do a normal upgrade you need to do only what I said above.
No database update and no fiddles with emails ?!?!

Nick,
Sorry, I mean private mail. I have to batch delete of all it. The 8.* had unlimited private mail before.
OK, so no db update.
The other thing is I see a few active users, all 5 guests. All of them are Guest 1,2,3, etc and one of them is a Robot google.

Quite often you will see "numerous" guests, and most of these will be search engines crawling your site
