You can bulk delete topics from the admin menu. The numebr of posts inthe forum will decrease as this is calculated on the fly by totallingthe number in the forum.

Once you delete topics and/or posts from the database you will need torun a compact and repair on the database using the tool in the adminarea, otherwise the size of the access file will stay the same.

My access DB file is starting to grow, and i'm looking for a way to increase the file's size.

Is it possible to remove messages and/or topics from the forum, and the total number of messages won't increase?
