1. I am not going to fill you, no.  But it is possible that you just need to compact your db. Access is prone to "inflate"

2. This depends on your server, generally if you have a fast server and clean code access has no prob coping with 100+ active connections.

1 . my db size is 100mb  like 100.000 therds

     i been told db shuld be much less 30-

     can somone fill me ?

 

2 .  access db how meny conections (users) can be online in same 

      time and system wont crash ? my host provider told me the

      access db is not good for 30 users + online .
