The delete option is not available for built in accounts, like the mainadmin account and the guest account. It will only display for normalusers so you can delete those accounts and only if you are logged in asthe admin.

I'm getting 3000+ virus emails a day and another 1500 spam emails ontop of that at the site at present which is making email almostunusable, so it maybe better to send me a Private Message with yourcart ID, email address, etc. and I will look up your order and resendyou the link removal key.

I double-checked that I was logged in as an admin and I do see the admin functions that let me assign a title to users and edit the number of posts. There is still no function to delete the user, however.

Also, I have sent a few emails over the course of the last 4-5 days and still have not received my removal key. I've checked and double-checked to ensure that my spam filter wasn't intercepting anything that might be coming from this domain.

Any ideas why the delete feature is not on that page? I'm using v. 7.8 and cannot delete users. Anyone else run into this problem with this version?

That's what I thought too. But when I click on the user's name and am taken to the forum/register.asp?PF=2&M=A page, that option isn't presented anywqhere on the update form.

I would appreciate if you could resend the key. I will send an email about that.

You need to click on the members name to be taken to a page where yoiucan edit their profile, near the bottom will be a check box to deletethe user.

All keys are sent out that or next day so you would have received thekey, please check any spam filters you have running that the email isnot caught.

If you still can not find the email please email the site you cart ID,etc. and I will resend you the email with the link removal code.

I installes the 7.8 version of the forums and have run into a minor problem.

In the Membership Administration panel, I see no option to delete or edit users. I see username, group, posts, last visit and registration dates. There is another column at the end where I imagine those options may be but it is blacked out.

Anyone else run into this problem?

I also do not believe I have received my key to remove the links. I ordered it 4-5 days ago.

Aside from that, GREAT JOB! It works flawlessly on the site I installed it on.
