I've tried to re-sync but it doesn't seem to change anything - it's still got the max number of ex. topics - meaning that although I've deleted and moved a bunch it still shows the number as if all topics since the launch was still there.</P><P>What can I do to get the numbers 'straight'&nbsp;?</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=1">WebWiz-Bruce</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1045<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;November&nbsp;2003 at 3:08am<br /><br />You shouldn't need to close the forums before the re-sync.<br><br>The re-sync post count just makes sure the values for the topic andpost count shown for the forums is correct, this is often not requiredto do as this is done in each of the forums anyway when a post isposted.<br><br>If you get a crash when you try using the feature it could be acorrupted Access database. If you are using version 7.5 or above usethe 'Compact and Repair Database' feature in the admin area.<br><br>]]>
