    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=1">WebWiz-Bruce</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10558<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;May&nbsp;2004 at 7:34am<br /><br />There is one already of 60 characters.<br><br>This works in 98% of cases but sometimes on things that use HTML, likeimages, smilies, HTML, tables, etc. it not so easy to spot and put in abreak.<br><br>As you can guess it's quite a complex task spotting where to split astring, without messing up any formatting, HTML, links, image links,etc. in the post.<br><br>So the only options is, A. Have a go at writting more complex code thatcan spot where to split the line better, or B. Live with the 2% of longwidth posts that it can't split correctly and just edit those posts byhand.<br>]]>
