    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=1">WebWiz-Bruce</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10623<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;May&nbsp;2004 at 7:57am<br /><br />Another problem is with using decimal numbers, in some locales a dot(.) is used as the seporator, in other locales a comma is used (,).<br><br>This and other problems ment that it could not be implemented.<br><br>I remember spending the best part of a week trying to come up with aimplement a solution to this but found that it wasn't working.<br><br>I think it's around 3 or 4 time zones (can't remember off-hand as itwas a year ago I researched into this) in the world that use a halfhour time off-sets from GMT, I also looked at the populations of theseplaces and found it to be very small indeed and becuase of this and theproblems implementing the solution I decided to give up.<br>]]>
