Thats like asking how long is a peice of string.

Do a search this has been asked a number of times and people have given bandwidth that there forums use.

Although each forum will be different depending on the amount of postsper page and how many topics per page you are showing, if your usersare going to post short or long posts, Avatars size and what onespeople use if any, what skin you use, what features you have enabled,if you allow people to upload files, avatars, etc.
