Once a users account is suspended by editing the users profile they cannot reactivate the account themselves. I must be missing something here!

I'm trying to suspend a single member so his account is disabled, but the only option I can find is "User is active" on the profile page.

This option does not do what I want, as the member can just reactivate the account with another e-mail.

Help!
