My forum usage is close to transfer limit :(
As such, I cut off everything I can - e.g. background images etc. But HTML generated by ASP pages still contains
background=""
mark. My proposition: change in ASP code:
a) add in one place
strTablePostsTitleBgImage = "background="" & strTablePostsTitleBgImage & """"
b) replace, in every occursion:
someResponseText = ... & "background=""" & strTablePostsTitleBgImage & """" & ...
to:
someResponseText = ... & strTablePostsTitleBgImage & ...

In this way, we can cut off many bytes from every transmitted page (in my case, about 1kB from average page, over 1%).

Also, trimming all duplicated spaces can cut out over 20% of size of average page.
