This could be done as permissions can be set per forum.

But each forum will have to be setup manually so you will have your work cut out if you have allot of members.

Please be kind, I'm new...

I have read the documentation and forum but can't find what I'm looking for.

Is it possible to configure it so each user has his own forum plus access to all other generalised forums and only moderators can read and reply back to that user.
