    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=1">WebWiz-Bruce</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 12113<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;October&nbsp;2004 at 4:05am<br /><br />The forum uses a WYSIWYG Editor that allows people to format their posts.<br><br>To format posts HTML needs to be used and you can copy and paste HTMLfrom another web page or source into the WYSIWYG Post Editor.<br><br>This allows people to not only format their posts but also put in things like images etc.<br><br>However, when the post is submitted to the web server filters are usedto remove any malicious code that maybe contained within the HTML ofthe post.<br><br>This means that you should use the preview post button to check thatyour post will display correctly once submitted, as it could be thatfor security reasons (to prevent malicious code) some parts of the HTMLconatined within your post maybe removed.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forums.webwiz.net/member_profile.asp?PF=13615">Micah</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 12113<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;October&nbsp;2004 at 2:22pm<br /><br />I cut and pasted an HTML table into one of my posts.&nbsp; It showed up perfectly.&nbsp; The problem is that when I paste it in, it just shows the table right in my meesage body before submitting it, but it does NOT show what tags are being used to create it.&nbsp; How is it possible that it is allowing HTML?]]>
