I'm talking about logging in as Admin and editing USER accounts. I've tried to edit several different user accounts and I can edit all aspects of their record except "User is Active".

    Author: myaffee
Subject: 12285
Posted: 22 October 2004 at 3:20pm

Hi, I am running version 7.9 with a SQL 7 database. Everything seems to be working fine, except that the "User is Active" field is not working in the Member Edit Profile section of the Admin pages. It doesn't correctly report the value in the database (the admin page shows "NO" but the corresponding database field has a value of 1). Additionally, if I switch the value on the form and hit "Update Profile", it has no effect on the value in the database. Essentially, there seems to be a disconnect between the admin page and the database. Other fields in the member form are updating okay. Any idea what might be going on?

Thanks,
Masen
