It could be a corrupted file, try re uploading files again.

It could also be that the server doesn't support this method as the ADOdrivers have not been updated to a version that does support compactingand repairing.

If you have access to the server you need to install the latest MDAC drivers from www.microsoft.com/data

It could also be a problem with your database, you can compact andrepair an access database from inside MS Access. Download yourdatabase, open in MS Access, and select 'Compact and Repair' from thetools menu.

 i tried to use the compact and repair function in the admin page but it showed me this error...

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0005'

Invalid procedure call or argument

/admin/compact_access_db.asp, line 110

may i know what happen and how to solve it??
