It could be a corrupted file so try reuploading the files again.

Also check with your web host as they may have setup the SMTP server you are using to only relay to certain email accounts.

Hi,
  I've been using the forums for a long time and posted this awhile back but have never been able to resolve it. The WWF forums won'tever send email notifications of topics to anyone. I am currently usedversion 7.7a at http://www.dhq.nu/search/forums/. Any thoughts?
