Could be a corrupted file, try reuploading all the files again.

Also check your able to write to your database on the SQL Server and your email settings in the admin area of the forum.

I can't figure this one out.  No one's settings will save when they update things like the Preferences, WYSIWYG option or sattach ignature to posts.  (Changing avatars works though)  They change, but after you hit "update profile"m they are back to what they were.
 
Also if you try to click on a PM to read it, the whole page will hang and will not work until you shut down your browser and reopen it.
 
I'm using SQL Server 2000.
