Does the forum crash and show an error message when someone registers??

If it does then the problem is your email settings are incorrect,posting the error message will help find what settings are incorrect.

If there are no crashs it sounds like the SMTP server you are using isnot relaying on the emails, this could be due to settings or problemswith the SMTP server. You should contact your web host and see if theyhave any settings, like only relaying on local emails from their SMTPserver.

Also check you have email activation etc. enabled from the admin area.

why nobody in my forum can get the email to activate its membership ?
it seems the system never send the email.
