Contact your web hosts as this looks like a server permissions problem as theymay have changed some security settings on the server which now preventyou from accessing the upload component.

When i change the forum to 7.9 it works with upload a picture but now 6-days later it dosent work. I haved tried to change all the upload Component and it still same problem.
My webbhost support SmartUpload and today it dosent work and this error came upp.
