Unless you place http:// infront of a link, your web browser willassume that the link is to a file or directory on the site you arepresently on.

This is why the default value in the forum for text boxes that require external links, such as homepage, have 'http://' in them.

I have some problem on my site.
I assume your site in this case :
User link(their profile) own homepage : www.abc.com
My Web address : http://forums.webwiz.net/
when I click user hompage it's link to : http://forums.webwiz.net/www.abc.com
It's not this page. I want to link www.abc.com
 
What should I do to edit at forum?
