I recently came across the same problem and it was fixed by the host putting more RAM into the SQL Server as it was overloaded.

This has nothing to do with the forum, it's SQL that is giving the message, so either the server is just overloaded, maybe someone else (or you) are running code that does not close connections or who knows, maybe they are just running MSDE which only allows 5 sim. connections. I am getting Sql Erors stuff whan i am reaching over 40 members online
it just load and load the page than give Sql errors like :
 
DBNETLIB CONECTIONOPEN CONECT SQL Server does not exisrt or access denied
 
it only heppen whan there is 40+ Active members .
need Help ..
