I found the problem
 
its because i imported the memberlist from an old forum using some modified  snitz scripts from here
 
when you do that you have to start with a clear table to preseve the id numbers
 
so my guest id is about 3000

Deleted posts are set to the Guest account (ID 2)

If this is not happening then either you have a corrupted file ordatabase, or you have edited the database by hand and altered the Guestaccount.

I would recommend not deleting accounts to keep the forum posts more acurate and just suspend a users account instead.

what happens is the members name is deleted but i then inherit all their posts
