Can't see why you would get this error, which is trying to create an ADODB database connection object.

Try downloading the latest MDAC database drivers from MS and see if that solves the problem.

I have WebWizForum 7.51a running on a Windows Server 2003.

After applying Security Patches the Forum cannot be accessed anymore.
 
The following error occurs:
 

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01ad'

ActiveX component can't create object

/forum/common.asp, line 190

common.asp tries to Create an ADODB.Connection:
'Create database connection
'Create a connection odject
Set adoCon = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
 
Does anyone know how to fix this problem??
