I've been looking at this and I have a question...
 

Wouldn't this problem be alleviated if the script crating the tables were re-written to this?

You don't have permission to run stored procedures on the SQL Server.

How I can resolve this error!? I look on "Troubleshooting and Common Errors" but is nothig written about this.
 
The database is successfuly create? But about permission!?
