This error can happen if you have the database open in another application, like in MS Access.

It could also be that the Access database has become corrupted, whichis common with Access which is why it is recommended that you use SQLServer. A compact and repair on the database in MS Access, under thetools menu, may fix the problem.

Also check the permissions on the directory contain the database give sufficient permissions to the IUSR account.

the database permissions are alright, code is alright password but this message comes up.
