If it is the 'Lite' version then it will be Access.

All you need to do is copy all the files across to the new serverincluding the Access database to keep all members, posts, and settings.

If the person is moving to a paid web host then they should considerupgrading to the full version as the 'Lite' version is for free webhosting accounts, to make it compatible with cut down free hosting accounts it has a number of featuresdisabled, some security features disabled, and less performance.
