grey stars mean that the account is a guest account.

this can be because the account has been dis actived by aModerator/admin or the email address needs to be re verified if thatfunction is enabled within the forum.

you need to loginto the admin area and select the members details inquestion. then set the acount status to Active, that should work.. orthe account has been put in the guest account group that has noprivelages,.

either way do the above and check what group they are in and if theaccount is active (you need to look in the Admin/Moderator functionsiwithin the Users CP menu that is accessed either by clicking editmembers profile when clicking the user in question to view the profileOR though the admin area as stated above.

One of my regular users is locked out of all discussions, although she is logged into the forum successfully.
 
Looking at the Forum Members list, I see that where everyone else is in a Group with gold stars, her Group has five grey stars. I can't click on her username to get any info. What do the grey stars mean?
