i had this query a while ago, boRg thought it is best to only include the main forums for that, and exclude the sub forums.

so to answer yes its a designed to do so.

I just noticed that the "last post" displayed in the forum stats is not accurate. It would appear it is not picking up the last post from the sub forums. Is that by design?
