I run many different software packages on different platforms and the upgrade process is always a little different for each.

There may well be "plenty of topics" on how to upgrade but as I said dredging through forums is not very convenient either, especially with no "sort by relevance" option. If there's plenty of topics it shouldn't be too difficult to throw together some text for the installation docs.

Dredging through the support forums isn't all that convenient either. So it would be great to have some upgrade instructions included with the installation documentation.

As I undertstand it you just overwrite your existing files and folders. But then, you don't want to overwrite your uploads folder do you? And what about common.asp? Is it recommended that you replace this file and then re-edit it, or simply don't replace? Stuff like that, thanks.
