 i need to increase the maximum character count in topic subject field. which parts will be edited in which files and which part should i change in database(access).

Hi;
i am using webwiz 7.91 in Turkish language. i need to increase the maximum character count in topic field. which parts will be edited in whic files and what should i do in database(access).
 
And i have another problem that although i update the file forgotten_password.asp when i want to go this page it redirects me to forum/default.asp i can give my forums address to make a test. i only chanced the colors on forum and did no change but my forgetten password part does not work. this is a very big problem. please help.
