I have uploaded the forum files. I want to configure the forum. I am logged in as "Administrator" but when I try to go configure page I get the following message:

"Sorry, only members with sufficient permission can access this page."
 
Any idea, why I am getting this message? I have tried deleting cookies/history/temp files etc. but still same message.
