I have been reading and old thread about the search function searching all forums even forums that users don't have access to. It doesn't look like this was ever fixed in the offical release. Unfortuantly this has caused us a little problem, as we thought that some post headers would not be visable to people without permissions to certain forums, but in fact were.

Is this something that is going to be fixed when 8.0 comes out?
