Should moderators have theability to change a member's rank/level? From quickly looking a thesource code in pop_up_profile.asp the button (Edit this member'ssettings) should be availible to them but it isn't.

I would like my site's Mods to be able to change a member's rank(except to Admin/Mod) but currently they are not able to. (Usingversion 7.92.)
