I think you could do this with the forum. Just set up a separatesection for the memorials/tributes. There's mods floating around forpulling x number of latest posts for display on another page.

You can also load a particular template file into the RTE for aspecific ForumID that would ask for the info you want - e.g.http://webwiz.sitetechnique.com/forum/access/78/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=4&KW=%2Ddp%2D

The only thing that I'd advise is that you use and configure an imageupload component to physically resize images that people may upload.
The admin section allows you to set a Mb limit for an image but a lotof people don't know how to resize images prior to upload. On the otherhand, you don't want them uploading 8x10 inch scanned photo's. You canresize them in html, but the actual Mb doesn't change. An imageresizing program will physically reduce the Mb used.

Does anyone know of any script that allows one to create a memorial page and or a picture profile.

I want to have a section on my site where users can post a memorialprofile of loved ones, or a picture profile of someone that is close tothem.

I want to call it Nominate a CancerBEETER (a CancerBEETER, is eithersomeone who has conquered cancer, or is a person who has help someoneconquer cancer...or even someone that has faught hard but lost tocancer)http://www.cancerbeeter.org

...so Nominate a CancerBEETER...I want them to submit a profile, apicture and a Story, and choose weather it is a memorial ortribute...choose from a couple of skins and post the information on adisplay page...email it to the user in HTML Format and Email it to theTributee if that is what is selected.

then it would be really nice if there were a satelite script or includefile that would display the latest entry on the home page or a page ofmy choice.

Let me know if anyone knows what im talkin about and if i can be done or has been done before...
