You need to use a zip program that allows you to un-zip the files keeping the file structure intact.

I have just downloaded the new version of the forum. But when I have zipped it out, there was no admin or other dir. Confused
It would be nice, if someone could help me, what should be in which dir....
I have all in all 452 files. Is that correct - or there is something, what is missing??
Please HELP ME!!!
