I struggled with this very problem a few weeks ago after working flawlessly for almost a year.  The issue was with my host provider, they had an issue with IIS, but could not find it.  I finally installed the service on one of my other host locations and the problem went away, allowing me to prove the problem was with the hosting company.
 
I researched the net for IIS host issues and found it seems to happen a bunch.................hope this helps.

Hi!
I use the 7.01 version of the forum. Its a great app.
Some weeks ago I changed my host provider and I'm having trouble with logins.
When you try to log in to the forum sometimes it will say (translated from spanish) that the user doesnt have the privileges or permissions to access the forum.
That till happen algo with the admin account and some user cant log in at all. I didnt have that problem untill I changed my host provider. What can I look for to solve this issue?
