How would I do this....

Categroy:
             World Tow Company Catalogue
Forum - 1
                   United States-
                                    Alabama
                                    Arkansas
                                    etc
                                    etc

I want to lock the position of all 50 states. I tried making themstickys but it didn't work. If I make them all announcements for thatspecific forum, will they stay in alphabetical order?

As it is now, I set them all up in alphabetical order, but when acompany adds their information to their respective state forum, itmoves to the top taking it out of alphabetical order. This makes ithard for people to find the correct state when they are looking for acompany.
