I have a forum on my website using SQL that's been there for years and has thousands of posts on it. I intend to move to WebWiz forums pretty soon but was hoping there was an easy way to import all the posts and users from the old system to the new one?
 
I was planning on simply looking at the data structures and do couple of data transformations/Inserts but before I do that, is there a tool or any advice on importing from other forums?
