Ok, I might be a dummy and maybe I'm missing something. I've alreadyasked this question a couple different ways and I can't seem to get aresponse from anyone. I need your help.

I have created a catalog of sorts where different tow company owners can come list their company information in a catalog.

I then created a forum topic for each state. I created them inaphabetical order so anyone looking for a specific State could easilyfind the appropriate forum topic.

Can someone please tell me a way to lock the positions of the forumtopics. I don't want them to move to the top when someone makes a reply(places their company info in the specific state forum topic) I needthe forum topics to stay in the order I created them in.
