try re uploading the files they maybe corrupt,

also make sure you have allow access to everyone in the forum settingsand that you dont have a group permissions record created that willdeniy access

Im in the process of setting up my forum - and registered members cannot access the forums. This includes the administrator.
 
Ive double checked my forum settings - and allowed ALL but I get redirected to the page that reads .."Sorry, you must be a registered forum member in order to post in this forum" even when registered and logged in.
 
What could be causing this behaviour?
