you have to allow uploading and polls within the forum configuration menu.,

these can be overridden by the group/members permissions system

i think this maybe your issue

Hi everybody,
1) I enabled photo upload and file upload.While posting a topic, howcan i upload a picture, i mean where should i click, can't find thebutton!!

2)How to make polls? i read that it is possible, but no idea how to make a poll.

PS: I searched for these question on this forum but i think i am notusing the correct search form (is it the field on the top right of thepage)
