It appears the forum is setting a cookie with the name 'interfunk' with the correct data.

Have you tried installing the forum as is, without any modifications to see if that works?

Simpler still place e3ach forum in it's own sub domain then they canboth live side by side without having to make any modifications to thecode.

Hello!
 
I tried everything.
 
I installed the second board again (so that I get the "standard software").
 
I modified both "common.asp"-files.
I disabled application variables.
I disabled active users (in the table).
 
I cleared the "cookies"-folder on my pc.
I restarted the IIS several times.
 
But I get the same message again and again:

What could I do?

That's OK.
 
But I modified the cookie variable in the main directory's "common.asp" and "admin\common.asp":
 
Both "common"-files are modified:
const strCookieName = "interfunk"
But it doesn't work. After Login I get the message:
 
Logout: Login successful
Your Login was not successful because of a cookie problem:
Please check that all cookies are enabled for this website in your browser.

how can I disable the application variables?
 
Both "common"-files are modified:
const strCookieName = "interfunk"

Why do I have to disable the active users?

I want to run three different boards for different users.
The websites are configured in the IIS 6.0 as "Virtual Folders" under one website.
 
Are there less problems when I run the boards as "full" websites with their own IP's?
Or is the only way to get no problems running the boards on different machines?

The simplest solution is to run the second forum in it's own sub forum, thus getting rid of any conflicts.

The other way is that you will need to edit the common.asp files for oneof your forum changing the cookie name prefix variable and disablingthe use of application variables. You will also need to disable theactive users for one of your forums.

Hello,

I tried to create a duplicate of my web wiz board, but this copy doesn't work. When I try to login I get the message that something's wrong with the permission to save cookies on my computer.

I don't understand this. Is this because the new board uses the same cookie as the first? Do I have to modify some cookie definitions in my web wiz administration?
