Looks like a your web host may have disabled one of the objects required to run this tool.

Another way to do this is download the database, open in Access, andselect the 'Compact and Repair' Tool for the Tools menu, beforere-uploaidng your database to the server.

Compact and Repair Access Database


From here you can Compact and Repair the Access database used for theForum making the database size smaller and the forum perform faster.
This feature can also repair a damaged or corrupted database.

  1. Database backed up to:-
    C:\Webspace\hostpro\xxx.mdb

  2. New compacted database:-
    C:\Webspace\hostpro\xxx-tmp.mdb
