You need to change line 200 of the file includes/active_users_inc.asp that reads:-
If CDate(saryActiveUsers(4, intArrayPass)) < DateAdd("n", -10, Now()) OR intActiveUsersDblArrayPos = intArrayPass Then

The part in read needs changing to how many minutes you want.

The lower the time limit the lower the amount of users there will be shown online.

If you want more users to be shown as being online, you need to increase the number.

  Hi.
  I am using 7.95, SQL server version. I want to decrease active users time on forum. The default value is 10 min. How can I change it with 5 min. or 1 min.?
 
  The second question is if I change to 1 min., there must a increase of showing online members on main page? Right?
