Very strange.

Are you using the forum with a free hosting company? If so then this maybe the problem as application variables are used, which are shared with all users on free web hosts.

If you are you need to download the 'Lite' version so that your forum details do change others forums and vise versa.

I just set up v7.96 and after getting everything set up in the Forum Configuration, all settings reset to default if I open it up to change one item.
Is there a way to keep my preferences without losing everything if I open up that particular configuration screen?
